• Recognize that InNA is not liable for ensuring the legality or ethical compliance of your submissions.

5. Data Usage and Access

• Registered users are permitted to access and utilize all publicly accessible data on InNA for research purposes without restriction.
• In the utilization of the data, researchers are required to comply with ethical and legal standards.
• In order to utilize restricted data, it is necessary to first consult the Principal Investigator or your local institution to secure the necessary permissions.

6. INNAlysis Platform

INNAlysis, a sophisticated analysis platform for nucleotide (DNA/RNA) data, is accessible through InNA. The following conditions must be met in order to utilize INNAlysis:

• It is imperative that you comply with all relevant guidelines and limitations regarding the analysis.
• The platform should be duly credited and cited for any results obtained from INNAlysis.
• InNA is not responsible for the veracity or results of analyses conducted using INNAlysis.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property
